Have you ever stopped and wondered why and where in the here and now, the do’s, the don’ts and the don’t care’s. What is the overall plan, the grand scheme, the big picture! What do they have planned for you! A brighter future, a better tomorrow! The fake sound of progress, the information superhighway, close your eyes and see it my way. In this hi-tech age, with your dvd’s, pc’s and xp’s, always wanting more, needing less and never having enough in the first place, keep your finger on the pulse and a loaded gun against your head, try to dodge the bullet, the bullet for the end, the one with our name on it. Are you in control, or are you being controlled? DOES THE FINGER POINT AT YOU, have you made your mark, have you paid your dues or, is the cheque still in the post. Do you have answers, do you have questions. Has apathy kicked in or is naivety the truth that you cling to, but where do you go when there is no truth, only human opinion. Opinions that are not your own, that are not force fed through the intravenous drip of the mass media, that are based on the last bastions of humanity, fact and the ability to make up our own minds. Emancipation for the virtuous, desecration for the rest of us, the spine chilling moment when you realise that you’re already dead! It’s bigger than you, better than me, and its for everyone to see, you can look but don’t touch, open your eyes, but don’t see, just stare blankly, straight ahead in to the void that surrounds you and your see-through reflection, lingering at the bottom of a coffee cup, wondering who the fuck you are, and how the fuck you got there in the first place… or is that just me? Maybe!
